All creative projects are developed by the Principle Designers Shuxing Fan and Carl Gudenius. Deliberately minimal in staff, the company size allows the team to share equally in the operation of the company, including direct involvement in the design development. Additional associate designers and assistants are brought onboard project-by-project as needed.
